Discover our “Estonian Bread” from the special “Breads of the World” collection. This authentic rye-wheat scalded bread is made with live rye sourdough. It is enriched with rolled rye grains, as rye is the basis of traditional Estonian breads.
To highlight its Baltic origin, we add potato flakes – a staple ingredient in Estonian cuisine. Barley malt extract and natural cane syrup “Leipomo” give our “Estonian” bread a refined, slightly sweet note.
