The most northern bread recipe in our special ‘Bread of the World’ collection. This is a true rye-wheat scalded Bread, made with active rye sourdough starter which is a must for proper Finnish bread. In addition, high nutritional value of products is essential for Finnish cuisine, that is the reason why we enriched our Finnish Bread with sunflower seeds, crushed rye malt and flax seeds. This kind of bread is not only very useful, but boasts a bright Nordic bread taste as well.
