The northernmost recipe in our “Breads of the World” collection. This authentic rye-wheat scalded bread is made with live rye sourdough, which is essential for traditional Finnish bread.

In addition, Finnish cuisine values highly nutritious ingredients, so we enriched our “Finnish” bread with sunflower seeds, crushed rye malt, and flax seeds. This bread is not only very healthy but also has a bright Nordic bread flavor.
