Lithuanian Bread Scalded rye-wheat sourdough bread

The leader of our special ‘Bread of the World’ collection. This is a true rye-wheat scalded Bread, made with active rye sourdough starter. Potato flakes and barley malt extract are added to this bread which helps recreate the authentic sweetish flavour of Lithuanian rye bread. Cumin fully completes the flavor composition, the Lithuanians love adding it to their national dishes.
