A true rye bread is made from peeled rye flour. We make this bread with active rye sourdough starter which helps reveal all the useful properties of rye bread. Our ‘100% Rye Loaf’ has a dense, a bit moist pulp and a rich rye taste with a slight sourness, which is perfectly complemented by spicy notes of cloves and cumin.
