Owning to special scalded flour baking method of preparing this bread, the beneficial properties of high-rank rye and wheat flour are fully revealed, and the reach bread flavor is enhanced. The blend of two types of flour makes the rye taste of this loaf more delicate with mild sweet notes. The craft look of our Scalded Bread with a wide appetizing cut gives the hint of Ukrainian temper. We do not cut our Scalded Hearth Bread so that you are able to choose the needed thickness of each delicious slice.
