Lutsky Bread with sesame seedsRye-wheat sourdough bread

They say that neighbour’s bread has a special taste. In our case, it really does so. We were inspired by the rich bread-baking tradition of Volyn region and created a simple yet delicious rye-wheat sourdough Lutsky Bread. Due to sourdough starter this bread reveals all its useful properties, has a strong rye taste and flavor. Fried sesame seeds complement the composition and reveal the taste of traditional rye-wheat bread in a new way.
