Our French Baguette is baked in accordance with traditional French baking techniques. It is made with a fluid leavened dough – poolish, so the process of making our baguettes takes about 20 hours. Poolish enables to get extra crispy baguettes, porous and rustic, just like in traditional French bakeries.
