The leader of our special “Breads of the World” collection. This authentic rye-wheat scalded bread is made with live rye sourdough. We enrich it with potato flakes and barley malt extract, which help recreate the traditional sweet notes of Lithuanian rye bread. The flavor is completed with caraway, a spice beloved by Lithuanians in their favorite dishes.
