Sunflower seed BreadScalded wheat bread

This bread is made with wheat sourdough starter, wheat scalded flour and lavishly filled with the sunflower seed kernels. Sunflower Seed Bread does not contain any added sugar, but has a sweet flavor due to scalded flour. It brings out all the natural taste of top-quality wheat flour, makes bread fluffy and fragrant. Golden wheat and sunflower seeds are true symbols of Ukraine. Growing in our fields, they absorbed all the warmth of the gentle summer sun.
