Our signature and one of your favorite rye-wheat breads. It combines second-grade wheat flour with peeled rye flour, making it not only uniquely delicious but also very wholesome. The live rye sourdough starter helps unlock the full benefits of the flour mix, enhances the delicate rye-wheat aroma, and gives the crumb a light, airy texture. We deliberately chose a brick shape for this bread – baked in a pan, it develops a thin, golden-brown crust.
