Pokrovsky BreadWhite bread

This is a true classic of Ukrainian wheat bread-baking. It is made from the perfect premium quality wheat flour with live wheat sourdough starter. It is exactly sourdough starter that brings out that assertive wheat flavor, gentle yet complex sourness, and makes the bread crumb structure incredibly fluffy and porous. Adding of mustard oil gives the bread nice soft yellow colour. Our Pokrovsky Bread is baked in special baking pans, it allows us to make its crust evenly golden, thin and elastic.
