ESTONIAN BREAD
Try Estonian Bread from our special ‘Bread of the World’ collection. This is a true rye-wheat scalded Bread, made with active rye sourdough starter. It is enriched with flattened rye grain since rye is the basis of Estonian breads. In order to emphasize its Baltic origin, we add potato flakes to this bread, as potato is considered to be one of the most common dishes on the dinner tables of the Estonians. Dark barley malt extract and Leipomo organic cane syrup give the taste of Estonian Bread special sweet flavour.
