Apple Roll
Apple Zavyvanets or Roll is a traditional Ukrainian pastry. These fancy cakes have authentic taste since we are preparing dough according to a traditional recipe which is well-known by nearly every Ukrainian housewife. The filling is made of combination of ripe juicy apples and sweet apple jam. The equipment modernized by our specialists allows to make six thin layers and reach a perfect balance of both dough and filling.
