Easter Bread with cheese and cranberry

Thanks to adding of delicious freshly-made cottage cheese to the dough, this Paska (Ukrainian Easter Bread) has a dense crumb with a delicate creamy taste. Slightly sour taste of cranberries balances the sweet taste of cottage cheese in this Easter Bread. White chocolate glaze is used for the decoration, chocolate crumbs and cranberries add bright accents to it.
