The specialty of our Corn Bread is that we bake it with the addition of real corn-millet porridge which is made with dry milk. In the form of cooked cereal corn grits and millet retain more useful properties, and thanks to a special recipe this bread is rich in fiber and has a low gluten content. Moreover, bread with cooked cereal has a distinct delicate corn creamy flavor which is loved by even the smallest customers.
